We were privileged to be asked by the FNHA to document a very special boat trip to three communities by Residency students of UBC. We boated to and visited with the Dzawada̱ʼenux̱w First Nation, the Kwikwasut’inuxw Haxwa’mis First Nation, and the 'Na̱mg̱is First Nation. The goal for the trip was to build awareness and excitement around residents going into community during their residency program and to promote relationship building at the residency level with the rural and remote nations in their serving areas.
